1. Agreement Formation

These Terms of Service establish a legally binding contract between you and Lunvaris. By accessing, browsing, or using this platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have carefully read these terms, understand them fully, and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, you must not use Lunvaris and should immediately discontinue all access to the platform.

2. Age and Eligibility Criteria

Lunvaris is exclusively available to individuals who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. This age requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions. By using Lunvaris, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age criterion. We reserve the right to request documentation proving your age at any time. Provision of false age information or access by minors will result in immediate permanent exclusion from the platform.

3. Platform Classification and Purpose

You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from Lunvaris except as expressly permitted.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

While Lunvaris endeavors to maintain consistent service availability, we provide no guarantees regarding uptime, accessibility, or uninterrupted operation. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical difficulties, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the unconditional right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any aspect of Lunvaris at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to alter games, remove features, change design elements, update these terms, or shut down the entire platform. We assume no liability for any modifications or service interruptions.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

Lunvaris is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Lunvaris will operate without errors, that defects will be corrected, that the platform is free from viruses or harmful components, or that the service will meet your expectations or requirements. You acknowledge that your use of Lunvaris is at your sole risk.

9. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lunvaris and all associated parties (including without limitation owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, service providers, contractors, and agents) shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This limitation encompasses all forms of damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, and exemplary damages, as well as damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, personal injury, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary losses, regardless of the cause of action or legal theory upon which any claim is based.

10. User Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lunvaris and all associated parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of or conduct on the platform; (b) your breach of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; or (d) any content or information you transmit through the platform.

11. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

These Terms of Service and all related matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Lunvaris shall be resolved in accordance with appropriate legal procedures. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith informal negotiations.

12. Modifications to Terms

Lunvaris reserves the right to revise, amend, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date displayed at the beginning of this document. 13. Severability Provision
